Area
The Senior Process
Engineer will provide
design solutions and
analyze current
warehouse operations,
recommend improvement
based on analyses, and
implement
recommendations in areas
such as warehouse
design, equipment
specification, storage

both internally and with

Coordinator - Raleigh,
NC Area
Summary:
This position is
responsible for
production control
processes of production
posting to SAP for all
reported production from
formulators, preparing
production campaign
manuals for formulators,
coordinating / assessing
campaign readiness and
audits of production
invoices versus reported
production. The position
also develops and
facilitates processes
between the MANA
inventory team and
formulators to insure
necessary inventory
control of bulk storage,
re-work and
sub-assemblies /
intermediates. The
position provides
project and backup
support for the
production manager and
production supervisor.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities include
the following: Other
duties may be assigned.
· Works closely with
production / formulation
facilities (3rd party
tollers) regarding
accurate and timely
production reporting.
Responsible for posting
all such production into
SAP Business One.
· Drives process
improvements around
production posting
process, both internally
and with formulators.
· Using input from
Production Manager and

prepares / maintains
accurate production
manuals for all
production campaigns

specs, product quality
specs, packaging specs,

Purchasing team and
Planning team to insure
all technical, raw

the production facility
with necessary lead time

transfers physically and

from local warehouses to

and MANA to insure
adequate bulk storage is

accuracy versus received
production reports.
Resolve any
discrepancies with
formulators as
necessary.
· Develop a process for
proper inventory

re-work of product is
required. Coordinate

communications to
inventory team and other
internal stakeholders.

generated and held
