Go East on I-40
and take the
Harrison Ave.
exit; then, head
South to
downtown Cary,
cross the
railroad tracks
and turn left at
the next light
(E. Chatham
St.). Go 3
blocks and just
beyond the BB&T
Bank, turn right
into Fellowship
Health Services (White
building)
There is a white
sign with #222
East Chatham
Street (on the
corner of
Templeton and E.
Chatham). Our
office is in the
tan stucco
building to the
right.
If you're
coming from Wade
Ave. in Raleigh:
Get on the I-440
Outer Loop
(beltline) and
go towards
Cary-Apex. This
is also U.S. 1
South. Take the
I-40 exit to
Durham. Follow
I-40 for
approximately
1.5 miles and
take Exit 290
NC-54 to Cary
and go Southwest
on NC-54 for
approximately
1.5 miles until
you get to
Maynard Rd
(major
intersection
with traffic
light). Turn
left onto SE.
Maynard, go over
the railroad
tracks, and turn
right on E.
Chatham St.
(next traffic
light) and
follow it for
approximately 1
mile (the road
bends to the
left). As soon
as the speed
limit reduces to
25-Mph, slow
down and look
for Fellowship
Health Services (White
building) on the
left. There is a
white sign with
#222 East
Chatham Street
(on the corner
of Templeton and
E. Chatham). Our
office is in the
tan stucco
building to the
right.
If you're
coming from
Crossroads
Plaza:
Go West on
Walnut to the
Cary Town Center
Mall. Turn right
on SE. Maynard
and go to E.
Chatham St. Turn
left on E.
Chatham and
follow it for
approximately 1
mile (the road
bends to the
left. As soon as
the speed limit
reduces to 25
Mph, slow down
and look for
Fellowship
Health Services
(White building)
on the left.
There is a white
sign with #222
East Chatham
Street (on the
corner of

Chatham). Turn
left into the
parking lot. Our
office is in the
tan stucco
building to the
right. If you go
by the BB&T
Bank, you have
gone too far.

coming from
Apex, Holly
Springs and
South:
Take Route 1
North to Exit
98A for Tryon
Road and merge
onto Tryon Road.
Go past WakeMed
Cary Hospital
and turn right
onto Kildaire
Farm Road. Go
about 3 miles
and Kildaire
Farm Road turn
left and take a
quick right on
South Academy
Street. Follow
Academy Street
for less than a
half mile and
turn left on
East Chatham
Street. Go 2
blocks and just
beyond the BB&T
Bank, turn right
