Step 1 - Save the File:

When you click on the application link from our candidate resource page, a window will open up with the online digital application, in a PDF format.  The first step, would be to click the Save icon located in the upper left portion of the screen.  The icon is actually of a disk and the illustration directly below shows where this icon will be located.  Save the file to a location on your computer where you will know where to retrieve it so that you can send that you can send the digitally signed application back to us.

Step 2 - Fill Out the Application:

Fill out the application on your screen.  When you get to the bottom where you have to use a digital ID, simply follow these instructions below.

Step 3 - Initiate the Digital Signature:

Click on the pencil icon located directly above the signature line as show in the illustration below.  When you click on this icon a few windows will pop up.  Below are further directions on what to do.

Step 3a - Digital Signature Process Continued:

When you click the pencil icon to initiate the digital signature process, a window as shown below will pop up.  Simply select the "Sign" button.

Step 3b - Digital Signature Process Continued:

The window shown directly below will come up when you click the Sign button.  In this window, simply select the third option - Create a self assigned digital ID.

Step 3a - Digital Signature Process Continued:

Simply fill in the information on the next screen and select "Finish".

Review the application to make sure all of your input information is accurate.  Then click save again, as shown below.

Step 4 - Send the Application to JTL:

Send an email to applications@jtlservices.com and include the application.
