Our client is looking to
fill two roles, an
Online and Offline
Product Manager. The
Product Managers will be
responsible for managing
the day-to-day product
needs of current
membership programs as
well as the planning and
implementation for any
new membership programs.
Responsibilities:
Product benefits and
configuration:
Manage product
configurations and
client set-ups,
including resolution of
competitive issues
between Clients and
participating merchants
Manage the
merchandising of
products and promotions
on website and in emails
Generate ideas and
concepts to increase
awareness, usage and
product value
Support the internal
development and
implementation of new
product benefits and
service enhancements
Monitor email
deliverability
performance and escalate
issues as they arise
Develop and maintain a
product competitive
analysis
Vendor Management:
Participate in the
development and delivery
of vendor product
enhancements
Develop and maintain
consolidated database of
potential new
benefits/vendors
Maintain and monitor a
database of contract
renewals for existing
vendors
Develop service
standards for benefit
providers and regularly
monitor adherence
Testing and
Reporting:
Design, implement and
track various creative
and benefit tests
Analyze test results
and make recommendations
based on key findings
Monitor and
communicate product key
performance indicators
Customer Service:
Coordinate with
Customer Service to
resolve member issues
and conduct regular
training sessions.
EDUCATION and
EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree
5+ years marketing
experience with 2-3
years online
merchandising experience
Strong analytical,
organizational and
communication skills
Highly motivated and
adaptable with great
attention to detail
Able to work
independently on
projects in a fast paced
environment
Must be able to organize
projects and communicate
across multiple
departments

5+ years of project
management experience in
an internet environment.
BA/BS degree

the broader perspective
as it relates to
business strategy.
Broad understanding of
all internet
technologies.
Familiarity with:
o Internet Marketing
o Website Analytics
o Microsoft Project and
Visio experience
(required)
o Business Objects (a
plus)
Skill and passion for
web communication and an
understanding of
Internet creative design
and technology.
Strong interpersonal /
collaboration /
relationship-building
skills.
Excellent written and
oral communication
skills, including

Area
DESCRIPTION:
The Project Analyst
position with the
Business Improvement
department shall be
responsible for the
formal management of
several types of
projects as required by
the business unit.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple
projects at one time.
Maintain project plans
for on-going projects
(scope, schedule,
resources).
Ensure proper
assignment of project
activities to Project
Coordinators and/or
Subject Matter Experts.
Make high-level
analysis, draw
conclusions from project
information/data, and
make recommendations to
management sponsors.
Provide periodic
reports to Management
regarding project
status, risks & cost
benefits.
Make presentations on
projects being managed
and other topics the PM
will be involved with.
Assist in the
implementation of
process and software
solutions.
Work with the
businesses to translate

strategic architecture
issues, solution options
and business process
models.
Develop project plans,
provide direction and
allocate appropriate
resources to meet
project requirements and
deadlines.
Conduct business

capabilities to improve
efficiency, lower costs,
better meet business
needs.
Position requires
approximately 30%
domestic travel.
Candidates must have the
legal authorization to
live and work in the
United States.
EDUCATION and
EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in
related field and 3-5
years of related
experience within a
fast-paced, customer
service oriented
environment. Ideal
candidate will have
spent the majority of
these years focused on
facilitation of project
execution. It would be a
plus if the candidate
has been Six Sigma
trained.
