Tara LeFevre holds a BS
in Electrical
Engineering from WPI in
Worcester, MA and
started her career as a
wide area network
specialist in the data
communications industry.
She became a Systems
Engineer and T-1
Specialist for the
Northeast concentrating
in the Banking industry
in Manhattan. She then
made a natural
progression into sales
before ending that
career to pursue her
long time dream of being
a full time mom. “One
day several years later
I received a phone call
out of the blue from an
old client who wanted me
to design a new network
for their company. My
husband encouraged me
and convinced me that
with our backgrounds we
could start a business
of our own and that was
the beginning of JTL. We
went from that business
into executive search
due to our clients needs
to find good people to
employ. Today, 13 years
later business has never
been so exciting”.
Tara recently relocated
with her family from CT
to NC and looks forward
to continuing her many
wonderful relationships
in CT while developing
new ones in NC.

Joni continues to follow
her passion for the
recruiting business. She
started as a recruiter
for a regional staffing
firm in Indiana in 1992
prior to managing a $16
Million operation for
Robert Half
International. After
having much success as a
top producer and
manager, Joni decided to
take some time off to
start a family and what
proved to be another
challenging, yet
rewarding career as a
stay at home Mom.
During that time, she
and her family lived
abroad as expatriates
and then relocated to
Connecticut where she
joined JTL. She began
focusing on the
accounting and finance
area and has been a
great addition to our
team. She has been able
to build relationships
with candidates and
clients resulting in a
great start in a new
market.
